Why this blog exists

In this generation the Lord is marking and calling forth a new breed of singers and musicians that like David have the pursuit of ministering unto Him first and foremost (Ps. 27:4). These ones will lead others with knowledge and understanding because beyond simply knowing facts about Him they are actually pursuing a relationship with the person of Christ.

The ones sharing on this blog are full-time intercessory missionaries who have given themselves to ministering before the Lord as their full time occupation. A team made up of singers, musicians, sound producers, and administrators make up this full time worship team that serves together 12+ hours a week in the prayer room.

Along with playing on the team they have committed to a high pursuit of excellence which includes weekly team practices, personal practice, and spending hours a week before the Lord in the prayer room. It’s my desire that as you read the stories and experiences that they’ve had over the years that it would be fuel upon the fire of your heart and would cause you to be strengthened to never give up and to pursue Him with even greater fervency.

This blog will be updated two-three times a week and will consist of a variety of topics. No matter what your calling or occupation in life I believe that this blog will minister to your heart.

I have the amazing privilege and honor of running with these awesome men and women and I know that as they share you will be blessed and changed, just as I am and continue to be on a daily basis.
